Idaho Stampede Basketball

State of Idaho Employee Appreciation Nights with the Idaho Stampede NBA Development League basketball team are November 28th (Opening Night!) and December 5th and 26th. Rustler section seats in the lower bowl are discounted for State employees, family, and friends from $17 to $10.

The 2009-2010 Nampa Civic Center Performing Arts Series individual tickets are on sale now! Choose from eleven shows that are certain to delight and entertain you throughout the year. The season has singing, dancing, comedy, musical theater, classical music, and flamenco dancing! Individual tickets are on sale now; check out the shows and purchase your tickets.

Thunder Mountain Line

Board the Thunder Mountain Line in Horseshoe Bend! State of Idaho Employees will receive a $3.00 per person discount on any train excursion, based on availability. Visit The Thunder Mountain Line for additional information. To make reservations, call 1-877-IDA RAIL or (208) 331-1184 and choose Option 1. Or email your reservation request to sherry@thundermountainline.com. You must identify yourself as a State of Idaho Employee. A business card or ID is necessary upon check-in. Ask about 'themed' train rides. The Thunder Mountain Line train rides offer amazing scenery as they wind along the beautiful Payette River sometimes following the same trails as the early settlers. You may even catch a glimpse of wildlife!

ZIP Idaho

Take a unique Idaho eco-adventure! This zip-line tour is based in Horseshoe Bend, Idaho just 30 minutes north of Boise. Zip lining is a great half day activity for families and friends; it lets you experience Idaho from a whole different perspective. State of Idaho employees receive a $5 discount. Check out the action on ZIP Idaho. Call for reservations 208-793-2947. You will be asked to show your State of Idaho employee ID, business card, or other type of employee ID the day of your ‘zip’.

Wahooz Family Fun Center (formerly "Boondock's")

State of Idaho employees and their families may purchase discounted tickets to Wahooz Family Fun Center in Meridian. Discount tickets can only be purchased online. Starlight Mountain Theatre

State of Idaho Employees may purchase discounted theatre tickets to Starlight Mountain Theatre productions. Phone 208-342-2187 or 208-462-5523 for discount ticket information; you need to request the State Employee Discount when you call. Discounted tickets cannot be purchased from IC Tickets or on the web site. Check the Starlight Mountain Theatre web site for show information.
